Hi Rod and Steve:

OK, so we have been running the notcher full out for the last couple of days and I can say without reservation that Steve’s mods to Station 2 (adding blow off from Station 1) was a brilliant solution and has eliminated 100% of the jams caused by the slug from the previous cut being trapped in the Station 2 die. It works like a charm and I appreciate your quick response.

Thanks very much to Steve. He is a good guy and very easy to work with. His efforts were obviously hugely appreciated.

The plastic frames are looking very nice and we’re making good progress on production.
