Your experience with ODG starts with prompt and courteous customer service. Most orders for modular robotic
tooling products can be shipped the same day as your order is placed.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING
ODG does not only focus on end-of-arm tooling, in fact we have been designing and manufacturing custom automation
solutions for many years. When you deal with ODG, you are dealing with experts in industrial automation and
robotic tooling solutions. Our team of engineers and technologists has collectively developed automation solutions
that range from stand alone assembly stations to fully integrated multi-station lines for some of the largest
manufacturers in the world.

ON-SITE SERVICES
Do you need your parts in a rush or some on-site technical assistance? Do you need your tooling built today
for the start of production? Would you prefer that we manage your inventory of components for you? Whatever the
need, we are only a phone call away. Just say the word and an ODG technician will be dispatched to your facility.
When we arrive we will have a complete stock of thousands of components in one of our service vehicles so you will
have the required parts to build your tooling on-site.
On-Site Builds
If you prefer, we can build your tooling for you in your facility while training your staff. When we leave you
will have a complete end-of-arm tool and the knowledge to do it yourself.
Maintenance
Is maintenance for your equipment
being neglected? Is there not enough time in the day to meet production schedules and still maintain your
equipment? Whatever the case is we can help. Just ask and we can set up and even implement scheduled maintenance
programs at your facility. We can have a technician arrive on pre-scheduled intervals and perform maintenance on
all of your automation equipment, whether manufactured by ODG or by others.
Training
Ask us about our training programs. We can train you or your associates on-site or at our facility. Do you have
a part you require tooling for? If so, bring the part along and we can train you while you build the tooling that
you need. When you are complete you leave with a ready to use and fully tested end-of-arm tool built with ODG brand
MRTS components.
Do you require training for the maintenance of automation equipment? If so we can offer the training you need at
our facility or right at your factory.
